English term or phrase: people
I would like to know the clear image of the word "people" in the sentence below.

An effective top manager, then, needs to be four different human beings:
“A thinking man or woman,” “an action man or woman,” “a people man or woman” and “the front man or woman.”
Thank you for your help in advance.

Japanese translation:
Explanation:
"I'm not good at computers, I'm a people person"

Explanation:
<People>でなく<a people man>で扱わせてください。
<付き合いのいい男>(get along with) <面白い男>(post something funny)

What exactly does it mean to be a “People person?”
Someone told me that I'm not a "people person."
My answer was, "Um it kind of depends on who the people are."
How can you generalize on something like that?
If you're sitting at a bus stop and a cute young guy comes along then
yeah, you might be a people person, but if it's an annoying old man
who keeps blabbing and wont shut up, sits down next to you and wont go away...
So how exactly do you define a "people person" or say that someone doesnt like "people"???
1. I think a people person would <post something funny> instead of this strange pedantic OP. <Something anyone could laugh along.>
I'm better than most people - Fire Arm
2. Worst case: They're saying you have no personality
Best case: They're saying you're not a phony.
My handle (nickname) used to be brook trout. Lost/forgot the password.
3. a people person is someone who <gets along with> other people and who is thereselves , does not have an attitude or is arrogant , a nice genuine person .
doesn’t try and be someone there not , down to earth and gets along with most people .
but every ones opinion is different .
4. xxxxxxx (続く)

14. an extrovert?
