売り手が提示する条件に基づいた Explanation: 適切な専門用語は思い浮かばないのですが、売り手が提示する条件を譲歩するつもりはない、というスタンスで販売するということだと思います。offers to end customers for sale ...on an “as-offered” basis をくだけた表現にすると、my terms are final terms of this dealという感じです。 i.e., does not bid for customer sales on a project basisのcustomer salesの意味は今ひとつ分からないのですが、「これだけ１度に沢山購入するから(=project)、価格を下げてよ（あるいは納期を早めてよ、特別に大量生産してよ、等）」という交渉には応じません、という意味だと思います。 なお、as-offeredのoffererは、買い手の可能性もあるかもしれませんが、offers to end customers と前述されているので、全文を通してofferer=売り手なのだと思います。 |
