当事者は3名いるのではありませんか？原文の英語が正確でないように思いますが、「本契約には日本語版と英語版があり、各当事者がそれぞれの版を1部ずつ所有するように正本は合わせて6部が調印される」と言いたかったのではないでしょうか。Two copies in each language for each party を文字通りに解釈すると、各当事者が持つのは日本語版2部、英語版2部の合計4部になり、当事者が2名としても8部必要になります。当事者が3名いるならそれぞれの言語版が各当事者に1部になり常識的な数になります。もっとも、この部分は、理にかなうように自分で推測しただけですが。。。
