契約期間の最終日までに/契約期限以前に


Explanation:
契約期間が2年なので、どう見ても最後の expiration dates は expiry のことで、ご質問の term は直前の on or before March 31, 2006 and on or before March 31,2008を補足するもので、「契約期限が切れる前に」と言いたいのだと思います。

「（日付）、即ち」でつないだり、あるいは前の部分と合体させて「（日付の）契約期限以前に」と訳すことができます。On or before とあるので immediately のギリギリ直前感を出す必要はないと思います。
