agree  humbird: 賛成です。ただし合衆国憲法ともなりますと連邦政府のことをいっていますから、司法機関または司法府(Judicial Branch)、立法機関 または立法府(Legistlative Branch)、行政機関または大統領府(Executive Branch)としたほうがよいのではと思いますが。
