Please advise me what the organizational drives, and election wins.

ある会社と法律事務所との労使関係全般での関係を記述したものです。すべて、経営者側に経つ法律業務の記述だと想像しているのですが、意味が良くわかりません。(一法律事務所が、経営側と、労働者側の両方を、異なる案件で代理するということはあるのでしょうか?)

organizational drivesは、組合組織化という意味でしょうか、それとも、組合(組織的)運動という意味でしょうか、それとも、もっと別の経営者側の手法(第2組合の設立など)をさすのでしょうか?組合組織化、組合(組織的)運動という意味だと、労働者側に立った仕事になります。

ここで、election wins (選挙勝利)というのも、良くわかりません。経営者側に有利に働く組合幹部の選出工作というようなことでしょうか?

あれ、ブラウザを替えたら、早押しになってしまいました。上記のリンクで、気になる言葉を検索してください(organization drives, election, negotiation, bargening groups...)。で、konishi さんの疑問についてですが、その文だけ見ると、union avoidance は経営側の動きだと思うのですが、その他は労働組合成立までの双方の活動が列挙されているようです。各段階で、双方が取るべき手続きや、従うべき決まりのようなものがあるようですね。

弁護士がある会社の経営者側と関連労働組合に同時につくことはできないですが、法律会社のサービスとしてなら労使関係なんでもござれと提供できますよね。でも、うーん、その前後がわかると、なぞが解けるかも。
