I think "利害関係" best matches this context. The words "legitimate", "accrued" and "actual" are adjectives, and none of them is an adverb. I think "accrued" means "確定的" in this context. For reference, Black's Law Dictionary says: accrued right. A matured right; a right that is ripe for enforcement (as through litigation). |
