alajaponaise-san: 簡単に説明すると前回の(1999版の)文章?書類?が無効となり、2006年の日付より、最新版が有効となります。
ですから、この場合は「入れ替えられる」というより、「優先される」とか、2006年版が1999年版に取って代わる」、と言った感じでしょうか。ご参考までに。
