ロット製造指示記録書 Explanation: 他の方の意見、さらに私が製造工場３社で実際にトラベラーと呼ばれる文書を見た結論です。『製造指示書』というのは、各工程に於かれているもので、いわゆるSOPと呼ばれる文書なので、このトラベラーとは異なります。。 このトラベラーというのは、各ロットがどのように作られるべきかの指示があるだけでなく、実際の製造中の記録（投与量、温度、回転数など）を記入していくもので、ロットと一緒に工場内を流れて行くので『トラベラー』と呼ばれています。というわけで、『ロット製造指示記録書』と訳してみました。 |
