排液を伴う潰瘍 Explanation: discharge is somewhat broader term, not specific like exudate or pus. might have a better term than this one since I don't know exactly where the discharge is from or what exactly it mean ie loose stoma leaking contents or from the ulcer itself, or may be referring to either since it may be talking about a presenting sign to the nurse. dischargeは膿や滲出液よりももちょと意味が広く、特定の用語を使えないのではと思うのと、ストマから内容物がもれでているのか、潰瘍からしみしみ出ているものなのか、がちょっと分からないので、「排液」が良いかなと思った次第です。前後の文章がわからないので、これだけで判断するのは危ないかなと思いますが、看護師さんが最初に目にする症状・病状のような感じもしますし、どかから出ているのか/何がでているのかが分からない状態では特異的な用語は外しておいた方が良いかなと思いました。 |
