囚人（患者）の振戦に関する文章です。“bilateral”の意味がよく分かりません。両側性と訳してよいのでしょうか。手が震えたら両側が動いても当然のことだと思うのですが、適切な用語を教えていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いいたします。
