Asker: ご回答ありがとうございます。また返信が遅くなり失礼いたしました。電気穿孔法は治療歴に含まれておらず、経過文中にも記述がありません。このようなわかりにくい省略は通常ですとスペルアウトして注記があるのですが、、、。クライアント様にお聞きしましたがわからないとのこと。今回は結局訳出しないことになりました。

Asker: Thank you for your reply and I'm sorry for the delayed response. The "oxy melatonin sulfate" were not included in other concomitant medications. It seems unnatural to use such abbreviation only for this drug in this context. I asked the client, but they don't know what it was.
