Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / clinical
English term or phrase: pelvic gyrations

Explanation:
pelvic = 骨盤の
gyrations = 旋回 (or 旋回運動)
This is a movement of pelvis. You can even see the dance of "pelvic gyrations" in youtube. However, I am not sure if this is related to 振戦系の障害。

Explanation:
Side effects scale/checklist for antipsychotic medication (SESCAM)やABNORMAL INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT SCALE (AIMS)に使われています。前者では、pelvic gyrationsの定義として、pelvic gyrations: any writhing/rocking movements, circular or front to back movements of the pelvisという説明があり、後者ではTrunk Movementsとして7.
