agree  Mika Jarmusz: 一つずつ、がいいですね。不協和音の乱れの後でシンコペーションなどのリズムを入れていき、患者のビートに合わせて単独和音の「整然とした響き」を導入していく。この文脈では和音とコードを区別する必要はなさそうですね。
