ステップパンケーキ Explanation: I cannot find the term nanopancake as "ナノパンケーキ" but I would suspect that it should be translated that way. I believe that making scientific terms universal is very helpful. In the same vein, I think that stepped pancakes can be ステップパンケーキ because the word ステップ is well understood in the Japanese language and the imagery of ステップ is clearly " 段.
