Asker: ご提案ありがとうございます。「乗って」というのは、少し違和感があります。ですから、あとの方に付け加えられた「その皿を見て」の方がしっくりきそうですね。ただ、今ふと思ったのですが、traceの主語は Iではなく、oneなのですね。「人は皆、子供時代には皿を見ると／接すると、魔法の旅行に出る、と言っているようで、なんとなくしっくりしないのですが…
