English term or phrase: at material cost

Company A will provide, at material cost to Company B, the best quality of Product C.

Help me, PLS.

Explanation:

http://dictionary.bnet.com/definition/material cost.html

Material cost=the cost of the raw materials that go into a product. The material cost of a product excludes any indirect costs, for example, overheads or wages, associated with producing the item.

My partner and I have finally decided to take up this translation, while the one that patent-pending san has presented sounds irresistable. Thanks everyone.

売値

Explanation:
Company A will provide the best quality of Product C to Company B at its material cost.
