All I can think of in Japanese is New York の全て

XXホテルは、皆様をニューヨークの景色と響きへ心から歓迎しています。

I think 景色 and 響き properly capture the welcoming tone of the phrase.

'騒音' offered in another answer is more like 'noise' 'din' 'clamor' or 'cacophony' Needless to say, there is plenty of this in New York, but I think 響き (sound, echo, ring,) is more appealling in a Hotel advertisement.

Honestly though, it's a bit of a tough call. If the author wants to emphasize the excitement of all the noise in the Big Apple, then maybe '騒音' would be appropriate.
