表現上の問題だけですが、Hirokoさんが質問のなかで書かれている「フォームの受け取り完了」とだけ言って置くのが一番自然ではないかと思います。英語ではインターネットでやり取りするものはelectronicとすぐつけるのですが日本語では付けない方が多いと思いますし、ウェブでの申し込みでは言わずもがなです。またyou（お客様）も英語だから入っている言葉で日本語では不必要です。
