English term or phrase: definantly
Tokyo in general is a little bit expensive but such a beautiful city will defiantly be returning

I am wondering what this "defiantly" means in this sentence.
Could anyone kindly explain what this sentence mean in other words?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Explanation:
I think this is a typo and should be "definitely" (unless the author has been ordered not to return to Tokyo for some reason).

Definitely
是非

Explanation:
