Explanation:
It depends on the situation. Most expressions in Japanese conversation receive affection from inter-human relations. If you tell the word to first met person, Do-mo may be somehow rude. Nevertheless, if you want to be friendly with smile with someone Do-mo is more suitable than Domo-arigatou-gozaimasu.
