Šiuo bus pjaustomi duonos gaminiai ir daržovės. Jis turi aštrius dantukus ir lenktą neaštrų metalinį galą. Iš esmės žodyne pateikiamas vertimas kaip "valgomasis peilis", bet man šis būdvardis kelia įtarimų, jog pirkėjas gali pamanyti, kad peilis yra valgomas.
