Padėklas - krovinių gabenimo ir sandėliavimo įtaisas. Tai standi plokščia platforma, pritaikyta kilnoti ir vežioti padėklų krautuvais ir/ar vežimėliais, skirta prekėms ar kitokiems kroviniams sukrauti, kad būtų patogiau tuos krovinius sandėliuoti, tvarkyti, gabenti. Kroviniai sukraunami ant padėklo ir pritvirtinami. Dalis padėklų yra dėžių formos ar yra taip sukonstruoti, kad tinka pervežti specialiems kroviniams (pvz., birioms medžiagoms, skysčiams ir pan.).

Dažniausiai padėklai būna mediniai, tačiau nemažai jų gaminama iš metalo ar plastiko. Medžiaga padėklams parenkama atsižvelgiant į medžiagos tvirtumą, atsparumą aplinkos veiksniams (pvz., drėgmei, temperatūrai), kainą.
