Explanation:
dear ramona,

my own preferred use is 1), both as verb and adjective, as in for instance:

forward e-mail to => majukan e-mel ke

forwarded e-mail => e-mel majukan

2) and 3) are, to me, wordy. thus clumsy.

'kiriman' can be substituted with 'hantaran'.
