(try ringing an oil industry service company for an explanation)
Explanation:
I have tried to find an answer to this set of three questions for you by means of internet searches but can't come up with anything that I feel would be reliable or conclusive. Also I notice that the questions have remained unanswered for quite some time.

I suggest, therefore, that you ring an oil industry service company (like Halliburton, etc.) in Jakarta (or Singapore, or whereever you are) and ask them to explain the exact meaning of the words for you. If you get a clear explanation you can work out your own translation.

However, often if it is a case of technical vocabulary it is best to leave the terms untranslated and to provide a short explanation in following brackets or in a footnote.

I am sorry I cannot be more specific than this, and I do hope that you soon find a reliable answer to your three questions.
