neutral  Per Bergvall: Do be a sport and land on one or the other. Behandling would be my suggestion.

agree  Bjørnar Magnussen: "Kundebehandling" er etter min mening vanligere enn "-håndtering" mens for "produkt-" er det hipp som happ.
