Since the individual parts of the name are common words, in the parentheses, I would add the Polish translation. There are many discussions on proz on that subject. SeeŁ our typical, normal private business company: Leave it the way it is registered. However, you can provide a translation in parentheses if the name carries some meaning, and you can translate any handle introduced by, 'hereinafter referred to as.'
