The Polish Service Desk can be contacted between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00 CET, Monday to Friday except on Polish National Holidays. Outside these hours support is considered “Extended” unless it is ordered in advance.

Production databases are available between 06:00 and 21:00, Monday to Saturday. The databases are available on Sundays unless there is special maintenance work.’’

Oficjalnie raczej należy używać sformułowania "wdrożenie w środowisku produkcyjnym" (http://tinyurl.com/25lp2nq) - "na produkcji" jest żargonowe. Przepraszam, że wspominam o tym dopiero teraz.
