to są jajka z wody, ale każde jajko gotowane w garnuszku może być tak nazwane. Otóż gotowane są bez skorupki w wodzie, zwykle z dodatkiem kwasu np. octu, aby białko się ścięło i trzymało w sobie żółtko. Jak się ten sposób gotowania jajek nazywa po polsku? Dziękuję.

neutral  Iwona Szymaniak: jajka po wiedeńsku mogą być gotowane od razu w szklance i nie podaje się ich w całości :-) "W koszulkach" jajko wylewa się ze skorupki na zakwaszoną wodę, dzięki temu bialko ścina się i tworzy ową "koszulkę". Uwielbiam jedne i drugie. Mniam. Smacznego.:-)
