ciasto jest ubite, tak jak w chlebie - o to mi chodzi. Gdy kupowałam bagietki we Francji to mnie właśnie zaskoczyło, że były lekkie, a ciasto w środku było bardzo zbite, tak jak chlebowe. Może jest inne lepsze określenie?
