O ile kontekst nie jest podany z błędem, to moim zdaniem chodzi raczej o „chłodzenie płaskiego wentylatora sufitowego”, tzn., chłodzenie wywołane przez wentylator sufitowy.

Ale poniżej jest jeszcze raz „62. Cooling of...” – drugi identyczny błąd ?

To nie jest „cooling off”. To jest „cooling of”. Przynajmniej tak jest napisane. I to dwukrotnie.
