how do you pronounce some of these words wuj is the j silent or have another sound to it you should think about putting that with the word i love this site thank you

To make it simple:
v - as in "very"
oo - as in "wood", but shorter
y - as in "yes"

BTW "wujek" is another translation of "uncle", less formal and more popular tnan "wuj".
"wujek" reads [voo-yek]:
The first two characters as in "wuj".
"jek" reads as in "yek" (no idea whether such word exists in English).
Accent on "u" (first syllable).
