agree  Roman Kozierkiewicz: Jeżeli odbiorcą tekstu sa fachowcy od nieruchomości, to "core plus" mozna zostawić w oryginalne, ale dla laików należy dać przypis wykorzystując podane wyjaśnienie w wersji polskiej i niemieckiej.
