Głowię się nad tym już od kilku godzin, najgorsze jest to settlement, ponieważ nie dam rady wymyślić nic sensownego.

Zamiast "porozumienia" "układ", zamiast "nowego", ew. "świeże". Czasami w takich sytuacjach na wyczucie stawiam przymiotnik w stopniu wyższym zamiast równego ("nowe" + przym. st. równ. => przym. st. wyższ.). Po polsku raczej przecinek zamiast "i", moim zdaniem.
