art. 40 ust.2 i art. 40 ust. 3 lit. a Explanation: Wg zasad techniki prawodawczej (w polskim prawie) ustawę dzieli się na artykuł - art. (liczba), potem ustęp - ust. (liczba), potem punkt - pkt (liczba) potem litera - lit. (litera) oraz tiret czyli "-". W przypadku ustaw o charakterze kodeksów po art. jest paragraf.
