likwidować/utylizować Explanation: Na pewno "scrap" jest tu czasownikiem, chociaż w tłumaczeniu najlepsze będzie pewnie "konieczność likwidacji/utylizacji ..." "Likwidacja" jest raczej ogólna (na pewno bardziej, niż "złomowanie"), ale jeżeli chodzi dokładnie o leki czy inne produkty, których trzeba się pozbywać w ściśle określony sposób, pasować może "utylizacja". |
