Sformułowanie z amerykańskiego wypisu z oddziału neurochirurgicznego. Całe zdanie brzmi: "The patient is an 82 year old woman with PMH of HTH, with 6 months of worsening lower back pain with radiation into lateral left lower extremity." W dalszym ciągu wypisu wyłącznie o kręgosłupie i zabiegu laminektomii i zespolenia trzonów. Jedyne PMH, jakie kojarzy mi się z neurochirurgią to przerost opony twardej (pachymeningitis hypertrophica). Proszę o pomoc.
