Dzięki za szerszy kontekst. Zupełnie poważnie zastanawiałam się, czy outside=abdominal/transabdominal, ale jakoś nie sądzę, żeby lekarz, który - jak się domyślam - sporządził ten dokument, zastosował taki kolokwialny zwrot.
