zdolność patentowa Definition from Konwencja o patencie europ. + artykuł: Wynalazek, aby mógł być chroniony za pomocą patentu musi posiadać zdolność patentową, to jest: być rozwiązaniem nowym, nieoczywistym oraz możliwym do przemysłowego zastosowania. Musi być także rozwiązaniem o charakterze technicznym, czyli takim, które w jakiś sposób oddziałuje na materię, wywołuje jakąś zmianę w świecie fizycznym.
