The period for right of claim for the Authorised Reseller towards the Principal is 2 years (when the Authorised Reseller claims within the first 6 months the Principal must prove that there was nothing wrong when the boat was new – during the last 18 months the Authorised Reseller must prove that the mistake was already there when the boat was new).
The right of claim starts from the date of delivery. But can from case to case be agreed different (stock boats).
Authorised Reseller and customer shall sign the owner’s manual delivery receipt and a copy must be sent to the Principal immediately.

We require that an engine be registered in our system before we will allow any warranty procedures to be completed on a particular engine. If you do have an unsold boat<?b> that has a failure during prep or during a demo, you can file for warranty on a “stock” boat.
