All tariffs and discharge rates expressed in this Agreement are applicable to free flowing Cargo in normal physical condition (such as no granulometry, no excessive humidity, no dustiness, no frozen cargo, or similar condition, maximum 10 centimeters). Furthermore such discharge rates and tariffs are only applicable to Cargo in holds of vessels arriving at the Terminal that are in a trimmed condition allowing normal fluent discharge operations.
