Co prawda w google'u "fajowaty" występuje głównie jako synonim "fajnego", ale w połączeniu z "lamą" (czyli lamusem) i w bliskości "fai" (czyli owiniętego w bawełnę ch***a ;)) wydźwięk jest chyba w miarę jasny. Nie wiem, oceńcie sami obiektywnym okiem.

Ewentualnie "lamowaty fajfus albo fajfusiasty lamus".
