thematic analysis was performed to determine emergent themes surrounding the research questions. Upon review of each coded segment, themes emerged, and new thematic codes were assigned. These themes became the basis for the data analysis exploring each of the research questions.

The data was analyzed initially through content analysis, using a start-list of codes and then through thematic analysis to identify themes which emerged in the data.
