In order to stress the cell to produce XXXXXX for some experiments “Hunger Medium” was used, it consists of adding 0.5% FCS to MV3 and MV3 clone medium and reducing FCS concentration on PC3 and PC3 clone from 10% to 0.5%.

Not much context... it is a list of procedures for conducting tests with cell lines
