I am trying to find an accurate translation for the name of the fish "sweetlips". When I search for the genus "Plectorhinchus" I can find the name "pargo mulato" but it seems to be associated with a different fish and only in the context of fishing. I am subtitling a wildlife film about oceans.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated
