Coloquei chip pensando na pastilha, mas, pensando bem, pode ser melhor deixar pastilha, pq um chip pode conter mais de uma (die stack).

I believe they meant dye instead of die. Block must be piece of an engine, as you can see in the reference. In this case, part of the printer or the computer.

I am now working a lot with cultural translation (http://www.proz.com/translation-articles/articles/3994/1/Cul... and, because of that, I worry about naturalness. That is the only reason why I chose 'problemas com' instead of 'falha'.
