que tem substância Explanation: Karen, a fancy dancer would be someone who can dance very showily, flamboyantly. It has an implication of superficiality - the person has all the right moves on the dance floor but, apart from that, there isn't much to him/her, it is all show. So, here, I think they mean that the new face, the one described as a bit crazy, should be given the opportunity to prove that he/she is not just superficial, that he/she has a bit more depth.
