Although in some contexts "fishery" can be translated into Portuguese as "pesca", this does not work when we are talking about "an entity engaged in raising or harvesting fish which is determined by some authority to be a fishery." I have searched through the internet and the only equivalent I find is "pesca". I have also come across "estabelecimento aquícola" but this does not seem accurate.
Any help would be highly appreciated!

Porque é disso que se trata, certo? Se a empresa cria e captura/recolhe pescado, penso que é uma sugestão válida. (Ou seja, não faz pesca costeira nem de alto mar, por exemplo.)
