English term or phrase: every two-fold
"To measure anti-Her-2/neu antibody titer in the serum, the serum was diluted serially every two-fold from 1:50 (with PBS containing 1% FBS, 0.09% azide) , followed by culture with TAUF, tumor cells expressing Her-2/neu, at 4 °C for 60 minutes."

O problema está neste trecho: "was diluted serially every two-fold from 1:50 "
