Trata-se de um contrato de trabalho. A definição de "actual rate of pay" no contrato diz:

Eu não vejo muito o termo "taxa de remuneração", existe o termo "taxas trabalhistas". Eu retiraria o "taxas". Também existem as opções "pagamento" e "salário" no lugar da remuneração. Espero que tenha ajudado.

What is Statutory Maternity Pay?
SMP is paid for 39 weeks. SMP is paid at two rates: for the first six weeks you get 90% of your average pay.
The average is calculated from the pay you actually received in the eight weeks or two months up to the last pay day before the end of the qualifying week. After that you get a flat rate of £148.68 per week (April 2019 – April 2020) for 33 weeks or 90% of your average earnings if that is less.
